Manage national services for customer and internal use, including email,
Usenet news, dialup authentication. Heavily involved in consolidating the
customer bases of dozens of acquired companies into a single set of services,
managed at the national level.

May 1999 - Apr 2000: NTT/Verio (ISS Engineer)

replacing a time-intensive manual, paper-based process with an automated
online process using web-based tools. Managed /18 IP network and
